Water Improvement District Elective Application Process
General Information
- The elective position is for a four-year term.
- Board members are compensated for each meeting attended.
Requirements
In order to apply for the elective position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Residency: You must reside within the boundaries of the water improvement district.
- Voter Registration: You must be a registered voter.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Application Process
The application process consists of the following steps:
- Application Availability: Applicants must visit the district office (186 West Main St., Duchesne, Utah) to receive an application.
- Submitting Application: Interested applicants should submit a completed application to the district office (186 West Main St., Duchesne, Utah).
- Application Deadline: Declaration of Candidacy for the purpose of election three trustees for the East Duchene CWID must be filed IN PERSON at the district office (186 West Main Street) Monday through Friday, June 2, 2025, to June 6, 2025, between the hours of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, then on June 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
